Rules and Regulations
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Capacity Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 500.
- Noise Restrictions: Music and noise levels are licensed to comply with local regulations.
- Decorations: All decorations must be pre-approved by the Venue in advance. The use of confetti, glitter, or similar materials is prohibited.
Outside Alcohol Policy
The Venue is fully licensed to serve and distribute alcohol in accordance with Texas state law. As such, no outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises by the Client, guests, vendors, or third parties—regardless of the selected bar service option.

Any violation of this policy may result in

Immediate confiscation of all outside alcohol.

Early termination of the event without refund.

Additional fees or penalties to cover any citations or legal consequences incurred by the Venue.
The Attendee agrees to take full responsibility for their guests and ensuring compliance with this policy.
The parking lot for the facility is show in the satellite photo outlined in green. This is the correct place to park and is available to all attendees. There is no parking inside the event space. The gravel lot outside the event space is for vendors staff and attendees to move freely about the property with their drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed outside the fenced area (outlined in red) and are not allowed in the parking lot. (outlined in green)
