Service Description

Our venue boasts a rustic Fort Worth aesthetic, With Fully licensed bar enhanced by exposed beam ceilings and hanging light bulbs throughout the main floor and a bay door. The open floor plan allows for limitless creative design possibilities, making it easy to tailor the space to your event’s unique needs. Our DJ service includes a fog machine and party lights to create the perfect atmosphere. Additionally, we provide powered speakers, TV, microphone, party lighting.


Cancellation Policy

Merkaba Entertainment LLC. - Deposit: A deposit of (Minimum 50% of Value) is due. The remaining balance is due by the day of the event if it is to proceed. 3. Permits and Licenses The Venue has obtained all necessary permits for the event. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any additional requirements for their specific event. 4. Rules and Regulations - No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. - Capacity Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 500. - Noise Restrictions: Music and noise levels are licensed to comply with local regulations. - Alcohol: The Venue is licensed to serve alcohol. Outside alcohol is not permitted unless agreed upon in writing. - Decorations: All decorations must be approved by the Venue in advance. No confetti, glitter, or similar materials are allowed. 5. Liability Waiver The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the Venue. The Client is responsible for any damages to the Venue or its property caused by the Client or their guests. 6. Cancellation Policy If the Client cancels the event, the deposit will be forfeited unless canceled up to 7 days before. 7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas. 8. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements.
